Ben joined K. Backus & Associates in 2011 and provides project
management, research, and analytic support on a variety of KBA
projects. For Cornell's Applied Sciences Campus proposal,
Ben is managing the project pro forma. Ben is also providing
project support for the Collegiate School in connection with its
evaluation of options for future space needs.
Prior to joining KBA, Ben worked for the New York City Economic
Development Corporation assisting with compliance review and
verification for businesses receiving economic incentives.
Ben also worked with the New York Metropolitan Transporation
Council, an intergovernmental planning forum, where he assisted
with traffic demand modeling.
Ben is a graduate of Columbia University, where he received his
degree in urban studies with a concentration in economics.
