Columbia University Medical Center Audubon Biomedical Science & Technology Park 
KBA served as project manager and real estate advisor to the Medical Center in its efforts to complete the development of a commercial and academic research park of one million square feet. KBA helped the University secure needed land use approvals, and managed a developer selection and negotiation process. KBA also performed financial analysis of Audubon’s incubator facility and assisted with the planning process for an academic research building within the park.
