AvalonBay Communities, Inc. Battery Park City Residential Development Proposal KBA assisted this national REIT to respond to the Battery Park City Authority’s Request for Proposals for the first environmentally responsible residential high-rise in the United States. KBA managed a multi-disciplinary project team and produced the development proposal. KBA was asked back to prepare a proposal for another site. |
