Brownsville Multi-Service Center Wellness Center Business Plan KBA completed a feasibility analysis and business plan for BMS’s proposed development of a 7,500 square-foot health and wellness center targeted to people suffering from obesity, heart disease, diabetes and other illnesses in this low-income, predominately minority community. KBA’s plan included market analysis, program recommendations, architectural drawings, and a development and operating pro forma. |
