Community Access, Inc. Real Estate Advisory Services Over the past 12 years, KBA has provided a variety of real estate consulting services to Community Access, a nonprofit developer of supportive housing for people with psychiatric disabilities, including preparing feasibility studies and pro forma analyses of housing and program sites. Most recently, KBA was engaged by Community Access to analyze the financial feasibility of selling its Manhattan office condominium and relocating to owned or leased space elsewhere. KBA then assisted the organization to select a real estate broker via a competitive process. |
