Chinatown Partnership LDC Chinatown Community Reinvestment Project In 2006, KBA assisted the Chinatown Partnership LDC in developing a proposal to the Lower Manhattan Development Corporation for community enhancement funding to undertake the Chinatown Community Reinvestment Project. The project consists of a three-part strategy to improve business conditions and strengthen Chinatown as a regional center for commerce and culture. |
