C.P. Cimento Bush Terminal Pier 6 Manufacturing Facility Proposal KBA assisted C.P. Cimento, a Brazil-based cement company, to compete for and win the right to develop Bush Terminal Pier 6, a City-owned site on the Brooklyn waterfront that was offered pursuant to a competitive Request for Proposals process. KBA served as the project manager to C.P. Cimento and assisted the company in negotiating a lease with the City, preparing an Environmental Assessment Statement, coordinating Phase II soil testing, seeking Army Corps and other permits, securing City public approvals, and presenting the project to the local community and elected officials. |
