The City Investment Fund, LP Arverne Redevelopment Proposal 
In early 2006, KBA assisted a five-member development partnership led by the City Investment Fund to respond to a Request for Proposals issued by the NYC Department of Housing Preservation and Development for a 43-acre site in the Arverne section of the Rockaway Peninsula in Queens. KBA drafted the response, managed the team’s work, and coordinated production of the proposal. Following the submission of the proposal, KBA assisted the partnership with a variety of follow-up tasks, including creating a presentation used to promote the proposal to elected officials. |
