Collegiate School Facility Strategy 
Retained in 2011, KBA is assisting Collegiate to navigate a variety of
strategic decisions related to its facilities needs and historic location
in Manhattan’s Upper West Side. Working closely with Collegiate’ s
architect, owner’s representative, attorneys, technical consultants, a
broker, and a committee of the Board of Directors, KBA is defining the
school’s programmatic needs and potential options for its facilities,
including both on-site and off-site options. KBA analyzed options for
their capital cost, operating budget impact, programmatic value, timing,
and other more qualitative measures, in order to provide a framework for
the school’s decision-making. KBA is now assisting Collegiate to select a
strategic direction and negotiate real estate agreements. |
