City University of New York Bronx Community College: Developer Partnership Retained in 2002, KBA worked with CUNY over a 5-year period to explore the feasibility of public/private developments on multiple campuses to leverage underutilized or excess University property. For Bronx Community College, KBA crafted a development strategy and prepared a Request for Proposals to offer five acres of excess land for private development in exchange for the development of campus facilities. KBA managed the process of evaluating responses and selecting a development team, and helped the College to negotiate a letter of intent. |
