City University of New York Hunter College: Developer Partnership Retained in 2002, KBA worked with CUNY over a 5-year period to explore the feasibility of public/private developments on multiple campuses to leverage underutilized or excess University property. For Hunter, KBA assisted CUNY to select a broker and real estate attorney via a competitive process to structure a potential public/private partnership on Hunter College’s Brookdale Campus. |
