City University of New York Off-Balance Sheet Dormitory 
KBA assisted CUNY to secure the development of an “off-balance sheet” 590-bed undergraduate dormitory on the City College campus, the first privatized residential project ever to be constructed within the CUNY system. KBA helped CUNY to write the Request for Proposals, identify developers active in student housing, conduct a demand study, and structure the transaction with the selected developer. The dormitory broke ground in May 2005 and opened in fall 2006. Other City University of New York Projects
