Erie Basin Marine Associates Real Estate Advisory Services Over the past 12 years, KBA has assisted this maritime business with a variety of projects related to its ownership and operation of Erie Basin. KBA represented EBMA during the public approval process for the IKEA project located adjacent to its property, and assisted EBMA to negotiate a license agreement allowing for the docking of its barges and tugboats on IKEA-controlled piers. KBA helped EBMA and other industrial businesses to protect Red Hook’s working waterfront from rezoning. KBA is currently providing transaction support for tenant lease negotiations and completing a planning study of the property. |
