Hyde Leadership Charter School Hyde Bronx Leadership Academy Site Selection Hyde is a highly regarded charter school in the Hunts Point neighborhood of the Bronx. When KBA began working with Hyde, the school was serving grades K, 1, 2, 7 and 8, and seeking to expand its other grades. KBA assisted Hyde to evaluate and analyze its real estate options to house a new high school. KBA also helped Hyde with developer and landlord negotiations, program development, and the selection of an owner’s representative for construction. Hyde’s new facility opened in fall 2011. |
