Kingsbridge-Riverdale-Van Cortlandt Development Corporation Market/Needs Assessment In response to a competitive bid, KRVC selected KBA to undertake a market and needs assessment of the Kingsbridge Business District in the Bronx. The scope of services included a supply and demand analysis; a shopper and merchant survey; identification of potential development sites; traffic and parking analysis; and an implementation plan for strengthening the shopping strip. KBA also assisted KRVC to select a private development partner and respond to a City-sponsored Request for Proposals for a 74,500 square-foot parking lot site. |
