Kingsbrook Jewish Medical Center Real Estate Advisory Services KBA served as project manager for a master planning study of Kingsbrook Jewish Medical Center in East Flatbush, Brooklyn. Working with Dattner Architects, KBA assisted Kingsbrook to identify potential development and redevelopment opportunities on its campus. As part of this effort, KBA helped Kingsbrook to evaluate options to reduce occupancy costs and monetize excess real estate assets, explore partnership opportunities, and compare and contrast as-of-right and rezoning development scenarios. KBA led negotiations with an affordable housing developer seeking to ground lease land owned by Kingsbrook. |
