Manhattan Country School Feasibility Analysis  KBA is assisting the Manhattan Country School to identify and evaluate long-term real estate options to accommodate the growth of this independent K-8 school. Serving as project manager for an initial feasibility analysis, KBA is working closely with MCS to analyze the financial implications of various long-term strategies. KBA also assisted MCS to select a real estate broker and an architect specializing in feasibility analysis and space planning for independent schools. We are currently working with MCS and the broker to evaluate a variety of relocation options. |
