Midtown Equities, LLC Riviera Beach Master Development Proposal KBA assisted Riviera Beach Waterfront Developers, LLC (RBWD) to prepare a comprehensive proposal in response to a master-developer Request for Proposals for more than 400 acres of land in Riviera Beach, Florida. RBWD is a partnership that includes Midtown Equities, LLC of New York City, and several prominent African-American professionals and minority-owned companies from around the country. KBA completed the proposal under a difficult deadline, and subsequently helped to prepare a presentation that RBWD delivered before the community redevelopment agency in Riviera Beach. |
