The New School Master Planning KBA worked with The New School to rethink its previous master planning efforts and to develop a smart, more financially-driven road map for future growth. KBA examined The New School’s unmet program needs and the options for accommodating them in the context of a growing student body, a volatile real estate market, and the financial constraints of this enrollment-driven institution. KBA also provided on-going staff support to a number of campus space relocations and other planning initiatives. |
