Northwest Bronx Community & Clergy Coalition Kingsbridge Armory KBA was retained by this well-established community organization to serve as its advocate for the redevelopment of the Kingsbridge Armory in the Bronx as a mixed-use project with five housing public high schools, a multiplex cinema, and an array of retail uses ranging from “big-box” to neighborhood stores. The firm assisted NWBCCC to negotiate its relationship with a developer and to pursue options for obtaining site control from the City of New York. |
