New York Academy of Sciences Facilities Relocation Plan 
KBA assisted the Academy to evaluate its expansion and relocation options, and to structure the disposition of its existing property, a valuable townhouse on Manhattan’s Upper East Side. Serving as owner’s representative, KBA helped the Academy to assess its needs, develop a financing plan, assemble the appropriate development team, secure approvals from its Board of Directors, and identify relocation sites. The Academy successfully sold its building and executed a new lease for space at 7 World Trade Center in late 2005.
