New York City Partnership Retail Development Plan For the ANCHOR Program, the Partnership’s initiative to bring new retail development to distressed areas, KBA prepared an analysis of three commercial strips in Central Brooklyn and Coney Island, and identified likely tenant prospects for 25 potential development sites. KBA also developed a marketing strategy and promotional materials and created a standardized term sheet for use in tenant lease negotiations. |
