New York City Housing Authority Upper Manhattan Redevelopment Studies KBA served as part of a team that was selected competitively to prepare two major market feasibility studies for the redevelopment of NYCHA property in Central and East Harlem. KBA helped to complete a study of the retail, residential, and commercial markets in these communities, as well as recommend new redevelopment strategies for underutilized NYCHA property. |
