New York Hotel and Motel Trades Council Real Estate Advisory Services KBA was engaged in 2008 by the New York Hotel and Motel Trades Council, a consortium of local hospitality industry unions, to provide real estate analysis and advisory services to the Council in connection to its below-market rate leased office space. KBA’s scope of work included helping the Council to assess the value of the lease if the building owner redeveloped the site as planned, identify and analyze feasible relocation options, and assist the Council in negotiating an agreement with the property owner if the site was redeveloped. |
