New York Medical College Dana Road Laboratory Business Plan 
KBA was selected by New York Medical College through a competitive process to develop a business plan for the renovation and programming of a 120,000 square-foot laboratory facility with a mix of private tenants and research programs. KBA completed an analysis of the local market and identified three primary development options. Working with an architect, KBA developed the capital budget, identified financing sources, and prepared a complete financial analysis of the development options. KBA also assisted NYMC to identify and negotiate with potential development partners and service providers.
