Pratt Area Community Council Retail Strategy For this community development organization, KBA prepared a retail study of a 6-block area along Fulton Street in Bedford-Stuyvesant, Brooklyn. The study included area demographics, retail inventory, an analysis of market rents, and tenant recommendations. KBA was asked back to manage PACC’s retail lease negotiations. |
