Pennsylvania Environmental Council / Borough of Marcus Hook Developer Partnership KBA assisted the Pennsylvania Environmental Council and the Borough of Marcus Hook in planning and managing the developer solicitation process for the development of a seven-acre site with transit-oriented housing and retail located 18 miles from the center of Philadelphia. KBA drafted the Request for Proposals for a developer and assisted the client to negotiate a conditional designation agreement with the selected developer. |
