Planned Parenthood Federation of America Real Estate Plan  KBA
was engaged in 2008 by Planned Parenthood Federation of America (PPFA) to
serve as its independent real estate advisor in assisting PPFA to evaluate
long-term options for its 100,000 square-foot national headquarters office
in Manhattan. KBA worked closely with PPFA leadership to formulate the
organization’s goals for its headquarters office and to evaluate its
current utilization of space and future needs. KBA analyzed options for
purchasing vs. leasing space and assessed PPFA’s occupancy costs under a
variety of alternatives. Once a preferred option was identified, KBA
assisted PPFA to select a lender via a competitive process and to complete
