Planned Parenthood Federation of America Workplace Strategy and Planning KBA and its strategic partner, Brightspot Strategy, are assisting Planned Parenthood Federation of America to reexamine in its workplace and use of space for its New York City headquarters. The analysis will engage both PPFA leadership and staff in visioning and design sessions, develop pilot strategies, and analyze those strategies from a programmatic and financial perspective. KBA is also helping PPFA to select a design architect to implement the pilot projects and is conducting a comprehensive financial analysis of each pilot option. |
