The Port Authority of New York & New Jersey Real Estate Advisory Services Under contract with the Port Authority of NY & NJ to provide real estate advisory services on a call-in basis, KBA advised PANYNJ on its efforts to revitalize the Hoboken Ferry Terminal. KBA led a team that provided PANYNJ with an analysis of the local retail market, evaluation of existing agreements between PANYNJ and the terminal’s owner, New Jersey Transit, analysis of additional agreements with a private developer, and strategic support with negotiations. |
