SunCap Property Group Economic Development Incentives Analysis 
KBA was engaged by SunCap Property Group to research, evaluate, and secure economic development incentives related to a planned 140,000 square foot building in New York City. KBA assessed the developer’s eligibility for a full menu of New York City, New York State, Con Edison, and other programs. KBA developed a detailed financial model to analyze the costs and benefits of each program, and assisted SunCap to prepare applications for securing the desired incentives.
