Superflex, Ltd. Bush Terminal Manufacturing Facility Proposal In 2007, KBA worked with Superflex, Ltd., a Brooklyn-based manufacturer of flexible spiral hoses and electrical conduit, to prepare a response to a NYC Economic Development Corporation Request for Proposals for the purchase and redevelopment of a 130,000 square-foot site in the Bush Terminal complex in Sunset Park. Superflex proposed to build a modern manufacturing, warehouse, and distribution facility that would allow the company to expand its business and maintain its roots in New York City. KBA assisted Superflex in submitting a proposal to EDC and was short-listed in the selection process. |
