TDC Development & Construction Corporation Willets Point Redevelopment Proposal KBA assisted TDC to prepare a response to a City-sponsored Request for Expressions of Interest for Willets Point, a 75-acre development site in Queens. Following this initial submission, TDC was selected by the City as a finalist, and was asked to submit a more in-depth proposal in response to a Targeted Request for Proposals in 2006. During this round, KBA assisted the client to identify and select development partners, refine its development concept both within a master plan and as a stand-alone scheme, and manage the team toward completion of a comprehensive and detailed proposal. |
