Teach For America Facility Strategy 
KBA was engaged by Teach for America (TFA) to assist in the development of
a real estate plan for its national headquarters office in Manhattan.
Based on TFA's anticipated space needs and its vision for its headquarters
facility, KBA assisted TFA to define and analyze various purchase and
lease options. Each option was analyzed relative to location, cost, and
timing, as well as how each might express TFA's mission and core values.
KBA also helped TFA to select a broker via competitive process. KBA
drafted a Request for Proposals document and provided support in the
analysis and comparison of proposals, interviewing brokers, and
formulating evaluation criteria. |
