Thor Equities East Harlem Mixed Use Development Proposal In early 2007, KBA was retained by Thor to act as a strategic advisor in connection with its proposal to develop a 1.7 million square-foot mixed use project on 125th Street in East Harlem. Thor and its partners submitted the proposal in response to a Request for Proposals issued by the NYC Economic Development Corporation in 2006 and were named finalists for the site. |
