New York Annual Conference of the United Methodist Church Headquarters Project KBA completed a three-year assignment as real estate advisor and development manager for a consortium of 550 churches seeking to acquire, finance, and retrofit a 15,000 square-foot headquarters facility in Westchester. The firm assisted the client to select a site, prepare a capital and operating budget, hire the architect and other professionals, negotiate the contract of sale, secure zoning approvals, and obtain financing for a property in White Plains. The client moved into its new headquarters in early 2002. |
