Urban Dove & Camp Group LLC Pier 40 Redevelopment Proposal KBA was retained by a partnership of Urban Dove and Camp Group LLC in 2006 to assist them to respond to the Hudson River Park Trust’s Request for Proposals for the redevelopment of Pier 40 in the West Village. The partnership submitted a proposal to redevelop the pier as The People’s Pier, a mix of recreational, athletic, academic, and summer camp facilities. Urban Dove and Camp Group’s proposal was selected as a finalist by the Trust. The Trust ultimately rejected all proposals and redevelopment of the Pier has been delayed. |
