Women’s Prison Association Strategic Real Estate Plan KBA was engaged by the Women’s Prison Association, a provider of housing and supportive services to women with criminal justice histories, to develop a strategic plan for its owned and leased property. KBA’s work included a feasibility analysis related to selling WPA’s East Village townhouse, a study of current and projected space needs, identification and evaluation of relocation options, analysis of financial impacts, and a recommended implementation plan. KBA also helped WPA secure private financing. |
